MOUNTAIN IRON CITY COUNCIL
COMMITTEE-OF-THE-WHOLE MEETING
JULY 17, 2008
Mayor Skalko called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m. with the following members present: Joe Prebeg, Jr., Tony Zupancich, Alan Stanaway, Ed Roskoski, and Mayor Gary Skalko. Also present were: Louis Russo, City Council Consultant; Craig J. Wainio, City Administrator; Don Kleinschmidt, Director of Public Works; and Sally Peterangelo, Librarian.
At 5:45 p.m., it was moved by Zupancich and seconded by Stanaway to recess the meeting and go into a closed session to discuss performance appraisals. The motion carried.
The Council discussed management negotiations and performance evaluations of salary employees: Craig J. Wainio, Don Kleinschmidt, and Sally Peterangelo.
At 8:50 p.m., it was moved by Zupancich and seconded by Roskoski to exit the closed meeting and reconvene the Committee-of-the-Whole meeting. The motion carried.
At 8:51 p.m., it was moved by Zupancich and seconded by Stanaway that the meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
