III. Resolution Number 37-07 Awarding Bid
a. Resolution Number 37-07 authorizes the awarding of the Unity Second Addition to Utility Systems of America at the low bid of $924,077.60. The engineers estimate for the project was $1,170.657.75.
IV. Unity Second Addition Lot Sale Prices
a. The City Council needs to determine the sale prices for the lots in Unity Second Addition. Staff has enclosed a proposed price schedule based upon the bid price and the lot sizes similar to what was done in the first Unity Addition.
V. Unity Second Addition Lot Sale Procedures
a. The City Council needs to determine a sale procedure for the lots in Unity Second Addition, especially a sale date when the lots will be available. August 1st at 8:00am may warrant some consideration.
