Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 4:38pm. Members present: Paula Satrang, Shannon Petersen, Janet Koski, Ed Roskoski and Library Director Anna Amundson. Absent: Marcia Bergquist. Consent Agenda was moved by Ed Roskoski and 2nd by Paula Satrang. Passed (4-0).
Communications: No communications. Public Forum: No Public Forum.
Director’s report: Anna is working on grant funding for digitization of the yearbooks and archives, following Board approval in December to move forward on that. The State Library report is the next order of business and will be reviewed at an upcoming meeting before submission. Acknowledged donations to the Friends of the Library from Virginia Elks, First National Bank of Buhl – Mountain Iron, and JT Haines (former library youth patron & Mountain Iron resident).
New business: Welcome new Board member: Janet Koski!

The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 9th, 2022 at 4:30pm.
Shannon Petersen moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:01 pm. Paula Satrang 2nd. Passed (4-0).
