Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority

Meeting Minutes

March 7, 2018

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoate at 5:36 p.m. with the following members present: Andrea Wilson, Peter Zattoni, Barb Fivecoat, Mary Jacobsen and Sue Tuomela.  Absent members: Bob Voss and Al Stanaway.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Tuomela moved and Jacobsen seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated the board on the proposed gun range, rock ridge, Heliene, housing and hotel and gas station.

Zattoni move and Jacobsen seconded to begin the process of drafting a development agreement between the EDA and Iron Tykes Child Care Center. Motion carried 5-0.

Wilson moved and Jacobsen supported to adjourn the meeting at 6:08 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
