Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority

Meeting Minutes

January 17, 2018

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoate at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present: Andrea Wilson, Bob Voss, Peter Zattoni, Barb Fivecoat, Mary Jacobsen, Sue Tuomela and Al Stanaway.  Absent members: None.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio and Gary Cerkvenik.

Tuomela moved and Zattoni seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 6-0 on a roll call vote.

Cerkvenik discussed Heliene lease, cell manufacturer, IRRRB, DEED.

The proposed day care was discussed.

Deer stand, banner, lot sales, snowmobile trail were discussed during open discussion.

Stanaway moved and Wilson supported to adjourn the meeting at 6:08 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
