Meeting Minutes
November 10, 2020
A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoat at 5:09 p.m. with the following members present: Mary Jacobsen, Gary Skalko, Al Stanaway, Bob Voss, Barb Fivecoate and Andrea Wilson. Absent members: Peter Zattoni. Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.
Stanaway moved and Skalko seconded to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 6-0 on a roll call vote.
Wainio updated the group on Minnesota Power/Solar Farm and Woodland Estates.
Skalko moved and Voss seconded to approve the Statement of Work for the roof replacement at Heliene. Motion carried 6-0.
Jacobsen moved and Wilson seconded to approve the 2019 Audit. Motion carried 6-0.
Skalko moved and Stanaway seconded to approve the 2020 Audit proposal. Motion carried.
Manney estate, Brad Schumacher/Plaza 53 and Rocky apartments were discussed.
Skalko moved and Stanaway supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:40 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
