Meeting Minutes
November 9, 2021
A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoate at 5:03 p.m. with the following members present: Peggy Anderson, Peter Zattoni, Mary Jacobsen, Barb Fivecoate, Bob Voss and Andrea Wilson. Absent members: Joe Prebeg. Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.
Jacobsen moved and Zattoni seconded to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 6-0 on a roll call vote.
Wainio brought BCBS and Viking Coke.
Fivecoate moved and Wilson seconded to approve Resolution Number 01-21 accepting the special appropriation. Motion carried unanimously.
Voss moved and Zattoni seconded to approve Resolution Number 02-21 decertifying TIf District 14. Motion carried unanimously.
Jacobsen moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve Pay Request Number 1 to Max Gray Construction. Motion carried unanimously.
Anderson moved and Wilson seconded to approve Pay Request Number 2 to Max Gray Construction. Motion carried unanimously.
Jacobsen moved and Wilson supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:12 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
