Meeting Minutes

October 15, 2019

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoat at 5:10 p.m. with the following members present: Al Stanaway, Gary Skalko, Barb Fivecoate and Peter Zattoni.  Absent members: Mary Jacobsen, Bob Voss and Andrea Wilson.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Skalko moved and Stanaway seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 4-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated the group on Rocky sale, Heliene, the proposed solar development and apartment building

Stanaway moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve the 2019 Audit proposal. Motion carried unanimously.

The board discussed the IRRRB tour and woodland estates.

Skalko moved and Zattoni supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:41 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
