Meeting Minutes

July 23, 2019

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Andrea Wilson at 5:03 p.m. with the following members present:, Al Stanaway, Mary Jacobsen, Gary Skalko, Bob Voss and Andrea Wilson.  Absent members: Barb Fivecoate and Peter Zattoni.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Stanaway moved and Jacobsen seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated the group on Plaza 53, Heliene, the proposed solar development and apartment building

Skalko moved and Voss seconded to approve the 2018 Audit. Motion carried unanimously.

The board discussed shovel ready sites, rezoning and woodland estates.

Skalko moved and Jacobsen supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:22 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
