Meeting Minutes

July 20, 2021

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoat at 5:02 p.m. with the following members present: Peggy Anderson, Joe Prebeg, Barb Fivecoate, Peter Zattoni and Andrea Wilson.  Absent members: Mary Jacobsen and Bob Voss.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Zattoni moved and Wilson seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated the group on Heliene funding, ERATS, Northland Lawn, new Rock Ridge development, Aultman’s project and Plaza 53.

Wilson moved and Fivecoate supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:20 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
