Meeting Minutes
May 17, 2022
A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoate at 5:00 p.m. with the following members present: Peggy Anderson, Mary Jacobsen, Barb Fivecoate and Peter Zattoni. Absent members: Joe Prebeg and Alan Johnson. Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.
Jacobsen moved and Zattoni seconded to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 4-0 on a roll call vote.
Wainio updated on Heliene construction.
Zattoni moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve Resolution Number 01-22 approving loan agreement and lease for the Heliene project. Carried unanimously.
Jacobsen moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve Pay Request Number 8 from Max Gray Construction. Motion carried unanimously.
Jacobsen moved and Zattoni seconded to approve Pay Request Number 1 from Summit Fire Protection. Motion carried unanimously.
Fivecoate moved and Jacobsen seconded to approve award the Pallet Raking Bid bid to Hammerhead. Motion carried unanimously.
Fivecoate moved and Jacobsen supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:12 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
