Meeting Minutes
April 12, 2022
A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Andrea Wilson at 5:05 p.m. with the following members present: Peggy Anderson, Mary Jacobsen, Andrea Wilson, Alan Johnson and Peter Zattoni. Absent members: Joe Prebeg and Barb Fivecoate. Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.
Jacobsen moved and Johnson seconded to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.
Wainio thanked Wilson for her service and she will be missed, Heliene construction has begun and North Star Credit Union is moving to the former Perkins site.
Zattoni moved and Jacobsen seconded to approve Pay Request Numbers 6 and 7 from Max Gray Construction. Motion carried unanimously.
Johnson moved and Jacobsen second to approve Change Orders Number 2 and 3 from Max Gray Construction. Motion carried unanimously.
Jacobsen moved and Wilson seconded to approve award the fire suppression bid to Summit. Motion carried unanimously.
Jacobsen moved and Wilson supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:16 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
