Meeting Minutes

February 22, 2022

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Andrea Wilson at 5:05 p.m. with the following members present: Peggy Anderson, Mary Jacobsen, Andrea Wilson, Alan Johnson and Andrea Wilson.  Absent members: Peter Zattoni, Joe Prebeg and Barb Fivecoate.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Anderson moved and Jacobsen seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 4-0 on a roll call vote.

Board welcome Alan Johnson to the EDA.

Anderson moved and Jacobsen seconded to approve Pay Request Number 5 from Max Gray Construction.  Motion carried unanimously.

Flipping Woodland to the association and snowplowing of Woodland were discussed.

Wilson moved and Johnson supported to adjourn the meeting at 6:13 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
