Meeting Minutes

January 21, 2020

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoat at 5:05 p.m. with the following members present: Mary Jacobsen, Al Stanaway, Gary Skalko, Barb Fivecoate and Andrea Wilson.  Absent members: Peter Zattoni and Bob Voss.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Stanaway moved and Jacobsen seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated the group on Plaza 53, Heliene, the proposed solar development and apartment building.  Snowplowing and the advertisement in the paper were discussed concerning Wooldand Estates.

Skalko moved and Stanaway seconded to keep the officers the same as in 2019. Motion carried unanimously.

Skalko moved and Jacobsen supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:42 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
