Tony Zupancich called the Mountain Iron Econimic Development Authority meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present: Dale Irish, Barb Fivecoat, Mary Jacobsen, Allen Nelson, Andrea Zupancich and Bob Vos& Also present was Craig J. Wainio
A motion was made by Allen Nelson and supported by Barb Fivecoate to recess the EDA meeting to start the public meeting. Motion carried.
Tony Zupancich called the public meeting to order for the sale of lands behind the United Electric at 5:32 p.m.
A motion was made by Allen Nelson and supported by Barb Fivecoate to close the public meeting. Motion carried.
Tony Zupancich closed the public meeting at 5:33 p.m and reopened the EDA meeting.
A motion was made by Mary Jacobsen and supported by Barb Fivecoate to accept the Right of Way Revision as Resolution No. 06-06. Motion carried
A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Bob Voss to accept Resolution # 07-06 for the IRA finding. Motion carried.
The North Star Cable proposed development agreement was presented with EDA members being instructed to review the agreement for the next meeting.
A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Andrea Zupancich to authorize Craig Wanio to initiate a proposed TIF district behind the United Electric Building for the proposed East Dhu River project. Motion carried,
A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Tony Zupancich to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried,
Tony Zupancich adjourned the meeting at 6:14 p.m.
