Meeting Minutes
March 15, 2017
A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoate at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mary Jacobsen, Peter Zattoni, Barb Fivecoate, Andrea Wilson, Sue Tuomela, Bob Voss and Al Stanaway. Absent members: None. Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.
Tuomela moved and Stanaway seconded to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 7-0 on a roll call vote.
Wainio updated the Board on Rock Ridge, Gas, and Silicon Energy.
April 4th from 4 to 7 at City Hall will be an open house for Woodland Estates. Coffee and Cookies will be provided.
Jacobsen moved and Zattoni seconded to order a sign for Woodland Estates to be place at the entrance to the development. Motion carried 7-0.
Wilson moved and Jacobsen supported to adjourn the meeting at 6:05 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
