Special Meeting Minutes

June 7, 2016

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Tony Zupancich at 3:00 p.m. with the following members present: Barb Fivecoate, Mary Jacobsen, Peter Zattoni, Sue Tuomela, Andrea Wilson and Tony Zupancich.  Absent members: Bob Voss.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Fivecoate moved and Tuomela seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 6-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated the Board on the new strip mall and other projects.

The Woodland Estates bids were reviewed.  Zupancich moved and Jacobsen seconded to contact Benchmark to find any cuts that can be made, ensure that only phase one was bid and check on other utilities.  Motion carried 6-0.

Fivecoate moved and Zattoni seconded to table the bids.  Motion carried 6-0.

Fivecoate moved and Jacobsen supported to adjourn the meeting at 3:30 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
