Regular Meeting Minutes

February 18, 2015

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoate at 5:37 p.m. with the following members present:  Mary Jacobsen, Bob Voss, Barb Fivecoate, Sue Tuomela and Andrea Wilson.  Absent members: Tony Zupancich Jeremy Jesch.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Jacobsen moved and Wilson seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated the Board on the status of the Americinn lift station, soil borings, Silicon Energy loan, housing project, IRRRB grant, and Rock Ridge.

Jacobsen moved and Voss supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:50.  Motion carried unanimously.
