Meeting Minutes

August 23, 2017

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoate at 5:35 p.m. with the following members present: Andrea Wilson, Bob Voss, Peter Zattoni, Barb Fivecoat, Mary Jacobsen, Sue Tuomela and Al Stanaway. Absent members: None. Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Stanaway moved and Tuomela seconded to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 7-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio discussed what is the paving of the woodland estates, Heliene and Virginia Plastics.

Jacobsen move and Voss seconded to approve Walker Girouix and Hahne to perform the 2017 Audit. Motion carried unanimously.

Voss moved and Tuomela seconded to approve the Certificate of Completion for the CarQuest property. Motion carried unanimously.

Lot purchase and Viking beverage were discussed during open discussion.

Jacobsen moved and Wilson supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:44 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
