AMENDING CHAPTER 22 OF THE MOUNTAIN IRON CITY CODE, ZONING ORDINANCE, BY ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN AND FOR THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON
THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON ORDAINS:
Section 1. Adoption of Official Zoning Map. The Zoning Map, as presented on September 8, 1998, is hereby declared to be the official Zoning Map in and for the City of Mountain Iron. (Map available for review at City Hall, 8878 Main Street, Mountain Iron, Minnesota.)
Section 2. Repeal of Inconsistent Ordinance. All Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed and replaced with the provision of this Ordinance.
Duly Adopted by the City Council this 8th day of September, 1998. Effective one day after publication.
