Amending Zoning Ordinance

The City Council of Mountain Iron hereby ordains:

SECTION 1. Section 22.06 Subdivision 3 of the Mountain Iron City Code is hereby amended as follows:

The raising or keeping of livestock and fowl, dairy farming, kennels, horses, and fur-bearing animals provided compliance with Chapter 56 of the Mountain Iron City Code is also achieved.

SECTION 2 INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES. All Ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance shall be repealed and replaced with the provisions of this Ordinance.

SECTION 3 EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be effective according to State Statute.
