8:30-11:00 am – Coffee an Senior Center
9:00 am – Parade assembly at Locomotive Park
9:15 am – Float & Costume Judging – CASH PRIZES
9:30 am – Parade Starts (proceeds down mountain Avenue)

After the Parade at the Football Field for the Kids
Races, sawdust pile, water balloon toss, limbo contest, sack races, 3 legged races & more
