Meeting Minutes

August 24, 2016

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Tony Zupancich at 5:34 p.m. with the following members present: Mary Jacobsen, Peter Zattoni, Barb Fivecoate, Andrea Wilson, Sue Tuomela, Bob Voss and Tony Zupancich.  Absent members: None.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio and Todd Stanek.

Tuomela moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 7-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated the Board on the work force housing and other projects.

Zattoni moved and Jacobsen seconded to begin the process to incorporate the Woodlands Estate Association.  Motion carried 7-0.

Fivecoate moved and Tuomela seconded to approve the bylaws as presented pending final attorney approval. Motion carried 7-0.

Jacobsen moved and Tuomela seconded to set the lot prices of Woodland Estates at $24,000 per lot.  Motion carried 7-0.

Fivecoate moved and Zupancich supported to adjourn the meeting at 6:05 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
