Resolution 46-99 Sale of Property

WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore determined that it is beneficial to the City of Mountain Iron to convey certain properties to the Mountain Iron Housing & Redevelopment Authority.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Administrator execute the deeds to convey to Mountain Iron Housing and Redevelopment Authority, real properties in St. Louis County, Minnesota, described as follows:

Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4 of SE 1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Fifty-eight (58) North, Range Eighteen (18) West of the Fourth Principal Meridian;

and

That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4 if SE 1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Fifty-eight (58) North, Range Eighteen (18) West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, in the City of Mountain Iron, St. Louis County, Minnesota, lying north of the Trunk Highway No. 169 right-of-way.

DULY ADOPTED THIS 20TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1999.
