RE: BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING

Just a reminder of the Board of Review Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. John Jokinen, from the St. Louis County Assessor’s Office, will brief the Council at 6:30 p.m. regarding the activities of their office over the past year. This meeting will be held at the Community Center, Mountain Iron Room.

Enclosed please find a booklet prepared by Saint Louis County regarding presenting tax appeals to the Board. Also enclosed is a booklet outlining the recent sales in the City of Mountain Iron. 

The meeting must be closed within 20 days of the original meeting date. If required, the meeting could be recessed until the next regular meeting date of Monday, April 16th or a special meeting would have to be called.
