RESOLUTION NUMBER 15-26
ACCEPTING WORK
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on April 3, 2023, Mesabi Bituminous of Gilbert, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed Improvement No.04-22, the improvement Second Street between 16th Avenue and Highway 53 by Road Reconstruction, Alignment and Drainage Improvements in accordance with such contract,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the city administrator and mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract, in exchange for the contractor’s receipt evidencing payment in full.
DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 20th DAY OF JULY, 2026.
