Minutes

September 24, 2025

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Al Stanaway at 6 p.m. with Lisa Richards, Caitlyn Rinell, Margaret Soyring and Mayor Peggy Anderson present. Shelby Peterson, Candice Berg, Julie Buria, Sgt. Toma, Fire Chief Madden absent.

City Hall was locked and everyone had to wait for Mayor Anderson to open the door.  Also the Council Chambers room was locked so packets were not available for the meeting. The Board met in the Wacootah room.

Moved by Lisa, supported by Soyring to approve the consent agenda and approve the minutes of the June 25, 2025 meeting. Motion Carried

Richards reported there has been new training for the First Responders and EMTs. There was also discussion about squatters and someone supposedly living in a storage unit.

Moved by Richards and supported by Rinell that because of the holidays to set the meeting dates for the rest of the year as follows:

November 19 and December 17

Motion Carried.

Moved by Richards and supported by Rinell to adjourn at 7:04 p.m.

Motion carried.
