Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority

Meeting Minutes

September 12, 2023

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Joe Prebeg at 5:01 p.m. with the following members present: Peggy Anderson, Cory Nelson, Joe Prebeg, Alan Johnson and Brad Gustafson.  Absent members: Barb Fivecoate and Peter Zattoni.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Johnson moved and Gustafson seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.

Welcomed the newest member Mr. Cory Nelson.

Mrs. Kujala and Mr. Lucas were present to discuss Woodland Estates.

Mr. Ben Crosby was present to discuss Superior Fuels.

Gustafson moved and Johnson seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:09 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
