Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority

Meeting Minutes

December 6, 2022

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Mary Jacobsen at 5:04 p.m. with the following members present: Peggy Anderson, Barb Fivecoate, Joe Prebeg and Peter Zattoni.  Absent members: Alan Johnson, Brad Gustafson and Mary Jacobsen.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Prebeg moved and Zattoni seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 4-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated on the Country Kitchen site, Viking Coke, YMCA and Perkins Site.

Fivecoate moved and Anderson seconded to approve the 2022 Audit proposal.  Motion carried unanimously.

Prebeg moved and Zattoni seconded to adjourn the meeting at 5:59 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
