Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority

Meeting Minutes

September 6, 2022

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Mary Jacobsen at 5:07 p.m. with the following members present: Peggy Anderson, Brad Gustafson, Peter Zattoni and Mary Jacobsen.  Absent members: Alan Johnson, Barb Fivecoate and Joe Prebeg.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Gustafson moved and Zattoni seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 4-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated on the Home Owners Association for Woodland Estates.

The election of Officers was tabled.

Jacobsen moved and Zattoni seconded to approve the 2021 Audit.  Motion carried unanimously.

The land on the corner of Highway 169 and Mud Lake Road was discussed.

Gustafson moved and Zattoni seconded to adjourn the meeting at 5:28 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
