Meeting Minutes

July 5, 2022

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoate at 5:00 p.m. with the following members present: Peggy Anderson, Alan Johnson, Barb Fivecoate, Brad Gustafson and Joe Prebeg.  Absent members: Peter Zattoni and Mary Jacobsen.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Anderson moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.

Gustafson and Johnson were introduced.

Wainio updated on Heliene construction.

Gustafson moved and Johnson seconded to approve Pay Request Number 9 from Max Gray Construction.  Motion carried unanimously.

Johnson moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve Pay Request Number 2 from Summit Fire Protection.  Motion carried unanimously.

Prebeg moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve Pay Request Number 3 from Summit Fire Protection.  Motion carried unanimously.

Gustafson moved and Johnson seconded to approve award the Change Order Number 4 on the Heliene project.  Motion carried unanimously.

Prebeg moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve award the Change Order Number 5 on the Heliene project.  Motion carried unanimously.

Prebeg moved and Anderson supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:38 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
