Meeting Minutes

August 4, 2020

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoat at 5:02 p.m. with the following members present: Mary Jacobsen, Gary Skalko, Al Stanaway, Peter Zattoni, Barb Fivecoate and Andrea Wilson.  Absent members: Bob Voss.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Stanaway moved and Skalko seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 6-0 on a roll call vote.

A public hearing was held for the sale of property to Pan-O-Gold.  No one spoke during the hearing

Wainio updated the group on Plaza 53, Eichorns and Pan-o-Gold. 

Jacobsen moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve Resolution Number 01-20 Approving the Sale of Property.  Motion carried 6-0.

Stanaway moved and Wilson seconded to approve the agreement between the EDA and Pan-O-Gold.  Motion carried 6-0.

Skalko moved and Wilson supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:29 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
