Meeting Minutes

July 7, 2020

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoat at 5:05 p.m. with the following members present: Mary Jacobsen, Al Stanaway, Peter Zattoni, Barb Fivecoate and Andrea Wilson.  Absent members: Gary Skalko and Bob Voss.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Stanaway moved and Jacobsen seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated the group on Plaza 53, Eichorns and Pan-o-Gold.  Also discussed getting a pamphlet for Wooldand Estates.

Post and flyer holder for Woodland, no dumping sign, and blocking off access to woodland.  Shovel ready sites are still in progress.

Jacobsen moved and Zattoni supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:27 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
