AMENDING SECTION 22.20 SUBDIVISION 1 OF THE MOUNTAIN IRON CITY CODE RELATING TO SPECIAL ZONING DISTRICT NUMBER 1
THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment.
Section 22.20 Subdivision 1A, is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
Creation. A special Zoning District is hereby created and described as the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 58N, Range 18 West of the 4th Principal Meridian
Section 2. Repeal. All Ordinances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective on the date of passage and publication pursuant to law.
Duly approved by the City Council this 4th day of October, 1999.
