Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority

Meeting Minutes

December 6, 2017

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoate at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present: Andrea Wilson, Bob Voss, Peter Zattoni, Barb Fivecoat, Mary Jacobsen, Sue Tuomela and Al Stanaway.  Absent members: None.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Stanaway moved and Jacobsen seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 7-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio discussed Heliene lease, cell manufacturer day care center.

Stanaway moved and Tuomela seconded to approve the billboard lease with Lamar.  Motion carried 7-0.

Woodland Estates plowing and deer stand, banner, convenience store, Viking and dollar tree were discussed during open discussion.

Jacobsen moved and Wilson supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:54 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
