Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority

Meeting Minutes

December 7, 2016

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoate at 5:34 p.m. with the following members present: Barb Fivecoate, Andrea Wilson, Sue Tuomela and Bob Voss.  Absent members: Mary Jacobsen, Peter Zattoni.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Voss moved and Tuomela seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 4-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated the Board on Rock Ridge.  Second strip mall has one tenant, searching for second tenant.

Voss moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve the 2016 audit proposal from Walker, Giroux and Hahne.  Motion carried 4-0.

Wilson moved and Tuomela seconded to approve the Woodland Estates declarations.  Motion carried 4-0.  A copy of which is attached.

Tuomela moved and Voss supported to adjourn the meeting at 5:50 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
