Moved by Giorgi, supported by Fivecoate The Planning and Zoning Commission once again wants the City Council to be aware of our frustrations with your legal counsel who has again failed to follow up on our enforcement issues. It has been two months since the attorney met with the commission to hear our specific requests for action from legal counsel in our efforts to enforce city zoning and ordinance compliance violations. We ask that the council take immediate action to remedy this neglect by our legal counsel. Motion Carried. Absent Stanaway
Moved by Giorgi, supported by Fivecoate to adjourn at 7:25 p.m. Motion carried.
