Minutes

June 25, 2025

Al Stanaway called the meeting to order at 6 p.m. with Candice, Berg, Lisa Richards, Margaret Soyring and Mayor Peggy Anderson in attendance.

Absent: Kaitlyn Rinell, Shelby Peterson, Councilor Julie Buria, Sgt. Grant Torma and Fire Chief Mark Madden

Motion to approve the consent agenda with no minutes presented by Stanaway, supported by Berg. Motion carried.

Public Forum: Councilor Roskoski asked about the notice posted on the City Hall Bulletin Board that the Beach is closed at the West Two Campground. No one knew anything about it.

New Business: Wildland Fire Pay. Stanaway informed the board that this had been taken care of.

After reviewing Ordinance 04-25 Regulation Cannabis Businesses the following motion was made.

Moved by Soyring, seconded by Richards to recommend the city council change

SECTION 2. REGISTRATION OF CANNABIS BUSINESSES

(F) Limiting of Registrations. The City of Mountain shall limit the number of cannabis retail businesses to ten five. Motion Carried

Motion by Richards, supported by Berg to accept the Short Term Rental Ordinance as presented. Motion Carried

Motion by Berg, seconded by Richards to recommend the City Council approved the following City Ordinance as presented by Sgt. Grant Toma:
