Special Meeting Minutes

Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority

Monday, June 18, 2018

 The special meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority Meeting was called to order by Vice President Andrea Wilson at 5:40 p.m. with the following members present:  Bob Voss, Andrea Wilson, Mary Jacobsen, Peter Zattoni, Alan Stanaway,  Sue Tuomela.  Absent:  Barb Fivecoate, Craig Wainio

Public Hearing: The public hearing was opened.  No one present wished to speak.  The public meeting was closed.

Mary Jacobsen made a motion to accept Resolution Number 01-18.  Peter Zattoni supported the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Bob Voss made a motion to accept Resolution Number 02-18.  Alan Stanaway suppported.  The motion passed unanimously.

Sue Tuomala made a motion to accept Resolution Number 03-18.  Peter Zattoni supported.  The motion passed unanimously.

Barb Fivecoat entered the meeting.

A motion was made by Sue Tuomela and supported by Mary Jacobsen to adjourn the meeting.  Motion passed.   The meeting was adjourned at 5:45
