Mountain Iron Planning and Zoning Commission

June 10, 2024

Chairperson Jim Techar called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. with the following members present: Margaret Soyring, Al Stanaway, Lauren Buffetta,  Mayor Peggy Anderson and Jerry Kujala, Zoning Administrator. Absent: Barb Fivecoate and Steve Hunter.

It was moved by Stanaway and seconded by Buffetta to accept the Consent Agenda and minutes of the April 22, 2024; meeting as written by Secretary Soyring not those included in the packet that were rewritten by a staff member with the correction that Steve Hunter was listed twice as present. The motion carried with Fivecoate and Hunter absent.

At 6:55p.m., it was moved by Buffetta and seconded by Stanaway that the meeting be adjourned. The motion carried with Fivecoate and Hutner absent.
