Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority
Meeting Minutes
February 20, 2019
A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Barb Fivecoate at 5:32 p.m. with the following members present: Gary Skalko, Barb Fivecoate, Al Stanaway, Mary Jacobsen, Peter Zattoni, and Andrea Wilson. Absent members: Bob Voss. Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.
Stanaway moved and Wilson seconded to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 6-0 on a roll call vote.
Wainio discussed Shortstop remodel and driveway alignment, solid properties and hero inc loan statuses.
Jacobsen moved and Skalko seconded to approve the loan agreement with Fairview Range. Motion carried unanimously.
Stanaway moved and Jacobson seconded for a white ballot on officers, Fivecoate – President, Wilson – Vice, Jacobsen – Sec/Treas. Motion carried unanimously.
Zattoni moved and Jacobsen seconded to move the regular meetings of the EDA to the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 5:00pm. Motion carried unanimously.
During open discussion the contacting of tenants or Plaza 53 about relocation, IRRRB on site information and Woodland Estates snow removal.
Jacobson moved and Skalko supported to adjourn the meeting at 6:06 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
