ORDINANCE NUMBER 02-99
RELATING TO THE APPLICATION OF BIOSOLIDS WITHIN THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON
THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment.
Adding the following hereby amends Chapter 22, Section 2 of the Mountain Iron City Code:
“Biosolids” – A nutrient-rich organic material resulting from the treatment of wastewater.
Adding the following hereby amends Chapter 22, Section 5, Subdivision 3, of the Mountain Iron City Code:
- Application of Biosolids.
Section 2. Repeal.
All Ordinances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. City Code.
This Ordinance shall be incorporated into the Mountain Iron City Code as Chapter 22, Section 5, Subdivision 3.L.
Section 4. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall be effective on the date of passage and publication pursuant to law.
