Regular Meeting Minutes
October 4, 2006
A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by President Tony Zupancich at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present: Tony Zupancich, Allen Nelson, Barb Fivecoate, Andrea Wilson, Bob Voss, Mary Jacobsen and Dale Irish. Also present was Executive Director, Craig J. Wainio.
A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Mary Jacobsen to adjourn the EDA meeting and open the public meeting for land sale of the proposed Eichorn storage site. Motion carried.
President Tony Zupancich opened the public meeting.
A motion was made by Mary Jacobsen and supported by Barb Fivecoate to close the public meeting and reopen the EDA meeting. Motion carried.
President Tony Zupancich called the EDA meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.
A motion was made by Mary Jacobsen and supported by Barb Fivecoate to accept the proposed development agreement with Eichorn Mini Storage contingent upon exact review of the legal description and purchase price prior to signature. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Dale Irish to accept the minutes of the September 20, 2006 meeting. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Tony Zupancich and supported by Barb Fivecoate to approve payment of the bills in the amount of $9,940 as presented. Motion passed by roll call vote.
A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Tony Zupancich to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. President, Tony Zupancich, adjourned the meeting at 5:47 p.m.
