Regular Meeting Minutes

November 2, 2005

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by President Tony Zupancich at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present: Allen Nelson, Andrea Wilson, Bob Voss, Barb Fivecoate and Mary Jacobsen. Also present was Executive Director, Craig J. Wainio.

A motion was made by Allen Nelson and supported by Mary Jacobsen to accept the Option to Purchase and Right of First Refusal with Radotich Enterprises for EDA property as described in the Option. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Allen Nelson and supported by Barb Fivecoate to approve the minutes of the September 21st meeting. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Mary Jacobsen to approve payment of the outstanding bills as presented. Motion carried by roll call vote.

A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Allen Nelson to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.

President Tony Zupancich adjourned the meeting at 5:40 p.m.

A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Tony Zupancich to reopen the meeting. Motion carried. President Tony Zupancich reopened the meeting at 5:41 p.m. with all original members present.

A motion was made by Mary Jacobsen and supported by Barb Fivecoate to recommend to the city counsel that the City Counsel levy the maximum allowable amount for the EDA. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Allen Nelson to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
