Regular Meeting Minutes

March 5, 2014

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Tony Zupancich at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present:  Mary Jacobsen, Jeremy Jesch, Tony Zupancich, Sue Tuomela, Andrea Wilson and Barb Fivecoate.  Absent members: Bob Voss.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Jacobson moved and Tuomela seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 6-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio reviewed potential development projects with the Board.

Board agreed with the lot rearrangement in South Forest Grove.

The Board discussed the Highway 7 Housing Development concepts and how to proceed.  This included identifying potential partners, financing, marketing, lot prices, guidelines for type of houses, possible phasing.

Tuomela moved and Fivecoate supported to adjourn the meeting at 6:19.  Motion carried unanimously.
