Economic Development Authority Meeting Minutes for June 21, 2006

Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority

June 21, 2006

President Tony Zupancich called the Economic Development Authority meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the following members present: Allen Nelson, Barb Fivecoate, Dale Irish, Bob Voss and Mary Jacobsen. Also present was Executive Director, Craig J. Wainio.

Gary Cerkvenik gave a presentation on Community Based projects. 

A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Bob Voss to adopt resolution Number 04-06 to approve a development agreement with Iron Range Investment Group, LLC. Motion passed unanimously.

A motion was made by Allen Nelson and supported by Barb Fivecoate to approve the minutes of the June 7, 2006 meeting. Motion passed unanimously.

A motion was made by Allen Nelson and Supported by Barb Fivecoate to approve paying the bills totally $8,067.56. Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.

The next meeting will be July 12th at 5:30 p.m.

A motion was made by Mary Jacobsen and supported by Barb Fivecoate to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed unanimously.
