Regular Meeting Minutes

June 17, 2015

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by Tony Zupancich at 5:31 p.m. with the following members present: Tony Zupancich, Barb Fivecoate, Sue Tuomela and Andrea Wilson.  Absent members: Mary Jacobsen, Bob Voss and Jeremy Jesch.  Also present: Executive Director, Craig Wainio and Gary Cerkvenik.

Tuomela moved and Fivecoate seconded to approve the consent agenda.  Motion carried 4-0 on a roll call vote.

Wainio updated the Board on the status of the discussions with West Rock Ridge and the former Gretas Gym property.  Cerkvenik updated the Board on the brewery and other projects he is working on.

Fivecoate moved and Wilson seconded to approve the 2014 Audit.  Motion carried 4-0.

Fivecoate moved and Tuomela supported to adjourn the meeting at 6:05 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
