Regular Meeting Minutes
February 17, 2010

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by President Tony Zupancich at 5:00 p.m. with the following members present: Tony Zupancich, Barb Fivecoate, Andrea Wilson, Bob Voss, Alan Stanaway and Allen Nelson. Absent was Mary Jacobsen.

Consent Agenda: A motion was made by Nelson and supported by Voss to approve the consent agenda. Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote. 

No Public Forum

No Committee and Staff Reports

Economic Development Plan: Josh Bergstad was in attendance and answered questions from the board. Nelson moved and Voss seconded that the Economic Development Plan be adopted provided the changes as discussed we made. Motion carried unanimously.

Barb Fivecoate updated the board on the modifications that the Planning and Zoning Commission made to the lot requirements at the South Forest Grove housing development.

A motion was made by Nelson and supported by Voss to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. 

President Tony Zupancich adjourned the meeting at 5:33 p.m.
