Regular Meeting Minutes

February 16, 2005

Larry P. Johnson called a meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority to order at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present: Larry P. Johnson, Anthony Zupancich, Dale Irish, Mary Jacobsen and Alan Nelson. Also present was Craig J. Wainio.

A motion was made by Anthony Zupancich and seconded by Dale Irish to approve the minutes of the February 2nd, 2005 meeting. The motion was approved unanimously.

A discussion was held on the proposed Excelsior Energy Development Agreement. Craig Wainio will inform the members when a joint meeting is set up with Excelsior Energy. 

A motion was made by Anthony Zupancich and seconded by Dale Irish to approve payment of the bills. A role call was taken and the motion passed unanimously.

A motion was made by Mary Jacobsen and seconded by Tony Zupancich to adjourn the meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
