Regular Meeting Minutes
December 1, 2010

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by President, Tony Zupancich at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present: Barb Fivecoate, Allen Nelson, Bob Voss, Alan Stanaway, Mary Jacobsen and Andrea Wilson.
Also present was Executive Director, Craig Wainio and Gary Cerkvenik.

Consent Agenda: A motion was made by Allen Nelson and supported by Bob Voss to approve the minutes of the October 6th meeting. Motion passed unanimously. 

Communications: None

Bills: None

Public Forum: None

Committee and Staff Reports:

The design for billboards was reviewed. It was agreed that the map portion of the billboard will be replaced with “2 New Additions Unity Second Addition and South Forest Grove”. 

Gary Cerkvenik gave an update for the wind and solar projects. The wind project option contracts are with attorney Bob Stephenson for review. 
The Silicon Energy building is under construction.

A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Tony Zupancich to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed unanimously.

President Tony Zupancich adjourned the meeting at 6:15 p.m.
